My workouts on day 15
These are my two workouts for the day of Monday 29th, my day 15 of 75.
I love step class but this time it kicked my 🍑 it was so hard but also my glutes felt exhausted since workout out the whole week, doing squats at 6 of the 7 days of the week 😮💨.
Anybody else loving step classes?
