my first ever seafood boil 🤤

pretty good for my first attempt i think 💅🏻

need: cajun shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, butter, ole bay, garlic powder, parsley seasonings, aluminum foil

1. preheat oven to 400°

2. slightly sear the sausage on hot plate till brown with avocado oil

3. season corn and precook for a few mins in oven

4. wash and rinse the potatoes till clean and then boil till halfway done

5. add 2 halves of butter to skillet, garlic, seasonings, lemon juice and melt

6. put ingredients in foil pack tightly so no air gets in, add butter and seasonings and cook for 17-20 mins (add skillet juice in)

7. at 15 mins add the shrimp in skillet and cook then add in foil when done

You can also customize the seasonings by adding Old Bay or Cajun spices for a flavorful kick. Remember to always sauté your onions and garlic before adding other ingredients to enhance the overall taste. For an added touch, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with melted butter on the side. Don't forget, the key to a great boil is not overcooking the seafood; shrimp should be cooked until just pink and tender. Enjoy your next family gathering with a seafood feast that's not only delicious but also a fun experience for everyone to enjoy preparing together!
