私の体験では、産後のママは慣れない育児と体の変化に加えて、周囲の何気ない言葉に思わぬショックを受けることが多いです。例えば「今日1日何してたの？」という言葉は、育児の24時間勤務状態を知らない人に言われると、まるで育児を怠けているかのように感じて、とても辛かったです。 代わりに「今日も1日ありがとう」と感謝の言葉をかけてもらえた時は、本当に救われました。私が産後に一番ありがたかったのは、パパから「ママひとりで抱え込まなくていいよ」という言葉。疲れているときも「無理しないで休んでて」「ミルク作るね」「なんか手伝おうか？」といった具体的な提 案があると心強かったです。 また、産後は身体の回復もまだで「まだお腹出てるね」や「泣いたらママ担当って」という言葉はプレッシャーになりました。代わりに「パパもできることあるよね、一緒にがんばろう」と言われると気持ちが楽になったものです。 立ち会い出産の体験でトラウマを感じている方もいるかもしれませんが、出産や育児はひとりではありません。パートナーと情報を共有し、協力しながら乗り越えることが大切だと感じます。 これから出産を迎えるプレママさんや産後のママを支える皆さんに、私の実体験を通じて、心から「寄り添う言葉の力」を伝えたいです。ぜひシェアして、みんなで育児を支え合いましょう。
