Stuffed Bell Peppers 🫑

Ingredients:

4-6 Bell peppers

1lb Ground beef

1 Onion

Diced tomatoes (optional)

1 cup rice

1 packet of taco seasoning

Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

-Pre heat oven to 375.

-Dice onion, and cut the tops off the bell peppers and clean the seeds out. Set aside

-Cook ground beef fully, drain grease. Add onion and taco seasoning.

-Cook rice, add to meat mixture.

-Add tomatoes.

-In a pan set peppers up and fill with mixture. Top with cheese.

-Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15-20 minutes to brown the tops.
