My morning routine!
So I haven’t had a chance to post since winning the giveaway and the diary challenge provided the perfect chance! My morning routine starts off with some quiet time on the couch with my cats and taking a moment to water my plant in A Kinder World. I’m a big fan of using the Emotional Naming exercise for a daily check-in and I love the visual aspect of the terrarium and the colored sand! You can even see it in your little space! Mine is on the shelf with one layer of purple sand cause I’m a little tired today.
I then get up and make myself a little espresso and start getting dressed slowly. I don’t like being rushed in the mornings.
