They say it gets better but , it’s not okay 😭#fyp
As someone who has also faced moments of secret depression while creating content, I understand the heavy weight it can place on your creativity and motivation. There is often this external expectation that as content creators, we must always appear upbeat and inspired, but in truth, it can be incredibly hard to keep up with that facade when you're battling inner struggles. Many creators don't openly share their mental health challenges out of fear it might affect their audience engagement or brand. However, I’ve found that being honest and vulnerable actually builds deeper connections with followers who appreciate authenticity. It’s okay to take breaks when you feel overwhelmed, prioritize self-care, and seek support when needed. Remember, content creation is a journey with ups and downs. You aren’t alone in feeling this way—even if it sometimes seems like everyone else has it all together. Reaching out to fellow creators or communities online who understand this shared experience can be a comfort. Opening a dialogue about mental health in the content space helps reduce stigma and reminds us all that it’s perfectly okay not to be okay sometimes.
