Science teacher!!!

When the Science teacher isn't teaching. Instead he is teaching how his son is not his son. Not even explaining how fossils help us and what era they are from. This MISTER says "Don't think that way about my wife cheating on me!" Then he says he acts like a dinosaur. Like what do except people think?!?! Like WTH!!!

... Read moreIn many classrooms, especially in science, students expect lessons focused on facts, experiments, and discoveries like fossils and geological eras. However, occasionally teachers veer off-topic, sharing personal stories or humorous anecdotes that catch students off guard. Such moments reveal a human side of educators, making them more relatable but sometimes leaving students confused about the lesson's relevance. For example, a science teacher comparing himself to a dinosaur while discussing personal family matters might puzzle students who anticipated a lesson on paleontology. This blend of personal narrative with science themes can serve multiple purposes: it breaks the ice, stimulates curiosity about scientific concepts in an indirect way, and fosters a relaxed learning environment. Students might wonder about the connection between such stories and scientific topics; this can be a chance for educators to bridge personal experience with educational content. For instance, discussing dinosaurs alongside a self-description as a dinosaur could segue into talking about extinction events, fossilization, and Earth's history. While the shift in teaching style can be unexpected, it underscores the importance of varied teaching approaches that engage students emotionally and intellectually. Understanding these dynamics helps learners appreciate both the science and the personalities behind the teaching, making education a more holistic experience.

Your rant is quite vague, but I believe I can understand the points. Most teachers try to do that to try and relate to people because they’re adults and they are not exactly in touch with the younger generations because of the current state of the Internet based on a average science teacher salary, bro cannot afford therapy. Basically he has nowhere else to vent or go about it so he tells you guys.
