I used a DT retinol product for about 2 months and then received a script for accutane o.25% which I’ve been using for about 1 month. So far, my skin hasn’t shown any benefit at all but in fact, seems so much drier with increased wrinkles . I can’t seem to find a moisturizer strong enough. Is this unusual?
