How can I start gardening? Where can I learn?

I've always wanted to start gardening but have no idea where to begin. I live in an apartment with limited space but plenty of enthusiasm! Can anyone recommend beginner-friendly resources or tips to help me get started?

I'm eager to learn about indoor gardening or small-space gardening techniques. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! *photo from homeee #GardeningBeginner #IndoorGardening #GreenThumb #AskLemon8 #letschat

... Read moreStarting your gardening journey can be exciting, especially if you're working with limited space. Urban gardening is a popular trend that empowers apartment dwellers to cultivate plants successfully. Begin by exploring indoor gardening options, such as using pots, vertical gardens, or hydroponic systems. Resources like online courses, gardening books, and YouTube videos can provide step-by-step guides tailored for beginners. Consider visiting local gardening centers or community gardens where you can meet experienced gardeners and gain hands-on experience. Joining online forums or gardening apps can also connect you with a supportive community. The right tools, like small shovels, watering cans, and appropriate soil, will set you up for success. Remember, starting small is key. Choose easy-to-grow plants, such as herbs (basil, mint), succulents, or leafy greens. As you gain confidence and skills, you can explore more complex gardening options. Document your progress and reach out for advice if you encounter challenges. Happy gardening!

Look for low-light plants if you’re in an apartment! They make excellent starter plants. Pothos, snake plants, zz plants for example.
