梅田駅（大阪駅）周辺で「食べ放題」「バイキング」を探している人に、馳走三昧大丸梅田店はかなり使いやすい選択肢だと思いました。駅直結の大丸梅田14階なので、雨の日や暑い日でも移動がラクで、集合もしやすいのがまず大きいです。東梅田・西梅田からでも地下街経由で行けるので、待ち合わせのストレスが少なめでした。私が行って感じた魅力は、“和・洋・中が揃う”だけじゃなくて、出来立てが混ざっているところ。特にお寿司は目の前で握ってもらえるタイミングがあるので、まずは寿司コーナーの場所を確認して、空いている時間にまとめて取るのがおすすめ。天ぷらや唐揚げなど温かいメニューもあるので、「最初はしょっぱい系→途中で野菜→最後に甘いもの」みたいに流れを作ると満足感が上がりました。季節限定メニューがあるのも楽しくて、私が見た時は“夏三昧”っぽいラインナップが出ていました。ホクホクのとうもろこしご飯や、あつあつの茶碗蒸しみたいな、やさしい味の和メニューがあると口直しにも便利。あと地味にうれしかったのが、ワッフルをセルフで焼き上げて出来立てを楽しむスタイル。食後に「ちょっとだけ甘いもの」で締めたい人にちょうどよかったです。「馳走三昧大丸梅田店メニュー」を目的に調べている人向けに、選び方のコツも。全部を少しずつ取るより、最初は“主役を2〜3個決める”のが失敗しにくいです。私は①握り寿司 ②天ぷら ③チーズケーキ（＋フルーツ系）を軸にして、間にサラダや煮物を挟みました。味が散らかりにくくて、結果的に最後までおいしく食べられます。混みやすさは梅田の人気ビュッフェあるあるで、ランチは特にピークがあります。ゆっくり食べたいなら、入店時間を少しずらすか、ディナー帯を狙うと落ち着きやすい印象。席数は多め（広々）なので、友人同士やファミリー、ちょっとした集まりにも向いていました。「この立地でお手頃では？」と感じる人も多いと思うので、食べたいものを事前に決めて行くと満足度が上がります。梅田駅近の食べ放題で迷ったら、まず候補に入れて損なしです。
