【 A muffle specialty store from "Bread and Espresso" was born in Nakanoshima Library, an important cultural property of Japan "Kakotoima" 】
I participated in the reception of the new business format "Kakotoima" handled by that "bread and espresso."
The place is Nakanoshima Library, a national important cultural property in Nakanoshima, Osaka.
Just the fact that this shop is in a historical building made me feel better even before I visited.
"Encirclement and Encirclement" is a specialty store of "Muffle" which baked the signboard bread "Mu" of "Bread and Espresso" in a waffle shape.
The first store is an old private house space in Arashiyama, Kyoto, and this spring, the Nakanoshima Library store was born with a further scale-up location and concept.
The menu is wide ranging from food to sweets.

There is also a morning menu from 9: 00 to 12: 00, and it is a nice point that you can use it from the morning. In a special space called a cultural property, the experience of having a polite muffle that inherited the world view of "bread and espresso" was a bit different from just cafe time.

実際に行ってみて感じたのは、「中之島図書館カフェ」としての特別感が想像以上だったこと。重要文化財の建物に入るだけで気分が上がるし、2Fに上がってからの空気感も落ち着いていて、淀屋橋駅からすぐの立地なのに“優雅にカフェタイム”が叶いました。 ◆ムッフルってどんな味？（初めて向け） ムッフルは、食パン「ムー」をワッフル状に焼いたもの。外側はカリッと香ばしくて、中はふわっと甘みが残る感じでした。ワッフルよりパン寄りなので、食事系（フライドチキン、ベーコンエッグ、サーモン系）でも合うし、あんバターやコムハニーなど甘い系も満足度高め。写真映えもするので「囲と囲曲 写真」を探している人にも刺さりそう。 ◆メニューの選び方（迷ったらここ） ・しっかりランチなら：自家製フライドチキンムッフル／ベーコンエッグ系（たんぱく質があって満腹になりやすい） ・軽めに食べたいなら：サラダムッフル（サーモン＆ディルクリームチーズ、グリル野菜など） ・カフェ利用なら：あんバター、コムハニー＋自家製ジェラート 甘い系は“cinnamon”系のドリンクやラテと合わせると、デザート感が強くなっておすすめです。 ◆モーニング利用のコツ（中之島モーニング人気対策） モーニングは9:00〜12:00限定があるので、狙うなら早めが安心。中之島エリアは週末に人が増えるので、開店直後に行くと席が選びやすく、建物の雰囲気も静かに味わえました。セットドリンク（+400円〜）を付けるとカフェとしての満足度が一気に上がります。 ◆予約は必要？（かこといま 中之島 予約） 現地の運用は時期で変わることがあるので、行く前に公式情報を確認するのが確実です。体感としては、イベント日や休日は待ちが発生しやすそう。確実に入りたい人は「オープン直後 or 平日昼過ぎ」がおすすめで、フェスティバルホールの公演前後など混む時間帯は余裕を持って。 ◆周辺スポットとセットで楽しむ（中之島公会堂・美術館） ・フェスティバルホール近くのカフェを探している人：公演前の軽食や終演後の余韻タイムに便利。 ・中之島美術館でワッフル系を探している人：美術館→中之島図書館で“建築×カフェ”の流れがきれい。 ・大阪中之島でランチを組む人：ムッフルを食事系で選べばランチとして成立します。 建物の力と、ムッフルの新しさが合わさって「ここでしかできない体験」になりました。初訪問なら、まずは食事系ムッフル＋ドリンクのセットで、空間ごと楽しむのがいちばん満足度高いと思います。
