実際に「2050 coffee 心斎橋店」でいちばん印象に残ったのは、やっぱり“10秒コーヒー”の体験でした。カウンターのタップマシン（近未来っぽいシルバー基調の機械）が置いてあって、レバーを引く動作自体がちょっと楽しいんです。スペシャルティって待つ時間も含めて好き…と思ってたけど、ここは「速いのにちゃんと美味しい」が成り立っていて驚きました。通勤前にサクッと寄るのにもぴったりだと思います。 レビューとしては、抽出が速い分「味が軽いのかな？」と心配していたのに、飲んでみると香りが立っていて、後味もきれい。ドリップの“丁寧さ”とは別方向の良さで、忙しい日でもクオリティを妥協したくない人に刺さりそうです。初めて行く人は、まずはタップコーヒーを1杯頼んで、この店のコンセプトを体感するのがおすすめ。 メニュー面では、コーヒーだけじゃなくて「5種類のドーナツ」や焼き菓子があるのが嬉しいポイント。私はコーヒー単体でも満足でしたが、甘いものと合わせると満足度が一気に上がります。軽く食べたい時はドーナツ、ゆっくりしたい時は焼き菓子、みたいに選択肢があるのが便利でした。さらにカスカラ（コーヒーチェリー）系のドリンクもあって、いつものカフェより少し“発見”があります。 店内は無機質でスタイリッシュな雰囲気。写真を撮るなら、タップマシン周り（機械感が強いところ）と、シルバー基調の内装が分かる引きの構図が映えます。2階にイートインスペースがあるので、混み具合や気分で「さっと飲む／上で落ち着く」を選べるのも良かったです。 アクセスは心斎橋駅から徒歩3分でかなり行きやすい立地。営業時間も9:00〜22:00と長めなので、朝のコーヒーにも夜カフェにも使えます。初訪問の人は、①タップコーヒーを体験→②気になるドーナツを追加→③時間があれば2階で一息、の流れがいちばん満足しやすいと思いました。
