พลูฉลุ (Window Leaf / Swiss Cheese Plant)
Window Leaf (Swiss Cheese Plant), or its scientific name Monstera adansonii, is a popular ivy that is characterized by the appearance of naturally cleft-holed leaves. It looks quaint and very artistic.
🌿 The hallmark of betel.
Natural Design: The leaves are heart-shaped and have openwork holes throughout the leaves, giving them a sheer and modern look, popularly used to decorate in minimalist or loft style.
All kinds of pergolas: they can be planted in the main (coconut pole) to make the leaves bigger, or planted in a hanging pot to hang the branches down.
Air purification: Helps absorb toxins and freshens room corners well.
💧 Care tips keep the leaves fresh green.
Sunlight: Like sunlight, it should not be directly sunny because the leaves burn easily, suitable for placement by a window or in a well-lit room.
Water: Like humidity but don't like fry. Should be watered once a day or when the soil starts to dry (Be careful not to have water in the potted saucer because the roots will rot)
Soil: Use excellent drained loam. Mixed chopped coconut bract or perlite is recommended to make the soil transparent.
Humidity: Fluffy is fond of air humidity. If raised in an air conditioner, foxy may occasionally spray water on the leaves.
✨. Belief and feng shui.
Betel is believed to enhance prosperity and growth, like the appearance of a vine that slides far and quickly, and the hole in the leaf is like making it easy for "bad things to get through."
Caution: Like betel and monstera plants, betel leaves contain calcium oxalate, which is harmful to dogs and cats. If bitten or swallowed, they should be placed out of the pet's hands.
