But each day, 1000 events
1. Senior A doesn't like the manager to curse through us, is to insult us, but the truth, damn the manager, such as days, doesn't work at all (facing us but the eyes glance at the manager)
2. Seniors B and C take frequent leave of absence. If foretold, we are not angry, whether on political leave or not, because we can plan the job correctly. Sometimes we make an appointment.

4. Senior A likes to lend us a hand to kill the manager. Whenever the manager is lazy, makes a mistake, or does something that does not like Senior A, he will tell us to sue you. Many times, we are tired of why we have to listen to something like this too. It seems to be neurotic until we get migraines every week. Although usually for a long time, we will have migraines. After a year, we started getting better and using the theory of mechanics, listening to the left ear, the right ear, not paying attention, not thinking, much better. 😂

การทำงานในกลุ่มเล็กอย่างบริษัทที่มีพนักงานเพียง 7 คน อาจเป็นพื้นที่ที่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลจะส่งผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อบรรยากาศและประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะเมื่อมีเพื่อนร่วมงานประเภท toxic เช่น รุ่นพี่ A ที่ใช้วิธีการบิดเบือนคำพูดเพื่อโจมตีผู้อื่นและยืมมือให้เราเป็นคนกลางในการฟ้องนาย หรือกรณีเพื่อนร่วมงานลางานบ่อยโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า ส่งผลกระทบกับงานที่วางแผนไว้แล้ว สิ่งเหล่านี้สามารถทำให้เกิดความเครียดสะสมและสุขภาพจิตเสื่อมสภาพ เช่น การเป็นไมเกรนบ่อยขึ้น นอกจากความเครียดจากการถูกยืมมือหรือโดนทำร้ายทางอ้อม ยังต้องรับมือกับผจก.ที่ไม่รับผิดชอบหน้าที่ที่แท้จริงและผลักภาระงานไปให้พนักงานคนอื่น สถานการณ์นี้ล้วนแล้วแต่สร้างความอึดอัดในที่ทำงานและทำให้แรงจูงใจลดน้อยลง จากประสบการณ์นี้ การเรียนรู้ที่จะปลงและใช้ทฤษฎี "ช่างแม่ง ฟังหูซ้ายออกหูขวา" เป็นวิธีที่ดีในการจัดการกับความเครียด เพราะช่วยให้เราไม่เก็บเอาความขัดแย้งหรือคำพูดลบ ๆ มาคิดมากจนเกินไป แต่ยังคงต้องตั้งใจทำงานของเราให้ดีที่สุดและหาวิธีสื่อสารอย่างเปิดเผยกับทีม เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้การสร้างกรอบกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ชัดเจนในทีมก็จะช่วยลดเรื่องความรับผิดชอบที่ทับซ้อนหรือถูกบังคับให้รับภาระที่ไม่ใช่หน้าที่ด้วย สุดท้าย ความเข้าใจในธรรมชาติของมนุษย์และการมีพื้นฐานจิตใจที่แข็งแกร่งจะช่วยให้สามารถทำงานในที่ที่มีบรรยากาศแบบ toxic ได้อย่างราบรื่นมากขึ้น พร้อมทั้งรักษาสุขภาพจิตและความสุขในชีวิตการทำงานไว้ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
