the struggle so far 😮‍💨

I didn’t expect to struggle so much. I’ve been so tired, unmotivated and just overall down this first trimester. It’s been hard to get to the gym even though I miss it. Between morning (all day) sickness and fatigue - it’s been hard to get up at 5:30a like I was used to. Plus it’s so cold! 🥶

I’ve decided to cut down my week to only 3 days, and have switched my gym time to the pm.

This week has felt better and Im hoping to keep it up 💪🏽 We just can’t give up all the progress we’ve made.
