Protein Fresas con Crema
I caved and tried the protein fresas con crema hack. I didn’t have any of those yogurt high protein smoothies so I had to improvise! It came out so good but I definitely think there’s room for improvement 😌 Below are the ingredients and the macros: 105g of whole Greek yogurt 5oz of almond

Coffee Cake High Protein Yogurt 😌
When I put this one together (pre-crumb sprinkling) I could not decide what exactly it reminded me of until my husband said it reminded him of Starbucks coffee cake. And thennnn I was like yes that’s exactly it. Obviously it’s not an exact copy but it was enough that it satisfied that craving ☺️

Phase 2 Progress 🫶

Oreo Cheesecake Protein Yogurt Bowl

Little Victories ✨
You know what I love? When you see a change in your body that you weren’t even looking for. I’ll always take progress pictures even when I don’t feel like I’m progressing much. Today’s leg day pictures made me see that my legs are shaping up. Look at those little calf muscles popping through. 🥹
