「洗顔ブラシって結局どう使うのが正解？」「ダイソーの洗顔ブラシと何が違う？」「美顔器×洗顔って毎日やって大丈夫？」みたいな疑問、わたしも最初に気になりました。DISMの“EMS ポアディープクリア＆リフト ブラシ”を使ってみて、続けやすかったポイントを“使い方メモ”として追記します。 まず基本の流れはシンプルで、①洗顔→②（必要なら）EMS→③イオン導出→④イオン導入、の順で使うと迷いにくいです。わたしは毎日フルコースだとさすがに面倒なので、普段は「①洗顔ブラシだけ」、週に2〜3回「③イオン導出」を足す感じに落ち着きました。特に“毎分約11,000回の振動”の洗顔ブラシは、泡をのせて当てるだけで手洗いよりさっぱり感が出やすい印象。やりすぎると乾燥しそうなので、同じ場所に長く当てず、頬→小鼻→あご→おでこをサッと流すイメージにしています。 EMSモードは体感が分かりやすくて、表情筋がピクピク動く感じが面白い反面、初日はびっくりしました。レベルが3段階あるので、いきなり強くせず低めからがおすすめ。あと地味に大事なのが、アース電極に手が触れるように持つこと。ここができてないと「効いてるのかな？」となりやすいです。 クレンジング寄りにしっかり落としたい日は「③イオン導出（ディープクレンジング）」が便利でした。撫でるだけでメイク汚れが落ちやすくて、ポイントメイクの残りが気になる日に助かります。逆に、毎日ゴリゴリやるより“落とし切りたい日だけ”の使い分けが肌負担的にも安心でした。 スキンケアは「④イオン導入（角質層まで）」で、化粧水や美容液をなじませる時に使うと手で押し込むよりラク。お風呂上がりに、顔が乾く前にサッと当てるだけでも気分が上がります。 ちなみに「洗顔ブラシ ダイソー」と比較で迷う人も多いと思うのですが、100均は“手軽に試す”には最高。ただ、電動の振動やEMS、イオン導出/導入までまとめてやりたいなら、こういう美容家電タイプが向いてると思いました。わたしみたいに美顔器が続かないタイプほど、「洗顔のついで」で使えるのが強みです。充電も2時間で約1ヶ月もつのが本当にラクでした。
