寝ながらできる脚やせ法として、私は寝る前の蛙のポーズ(マンドゥカーサナ)をおすすめしています。このポーズは膝を横に開いて正座し、おでこを床に近づけることで股関節周りの筋肉をしっかり伸ばせます。私自身、毎晩1分だけ継続した結果、脚のパンパン感が消え、むくみが改善されました。 特に股関節が硬いと血流やリンパの流れが悪くなり、下半身太りの原因となります。蛙のポーズはそんなガチガチの股関節をやわらげ、骨盤のゆがみも整えてくれるので、体重が減っても脚だけがスッキリしない方に効果的です。 さらに、このポーズは生理痛やPMSの緩和にも役立てられます。私は生理中も無理なく行え、寝る前のリラックスタイムに取り入れることで睡眠の質も良くなりました。 実践の際はひざが痛む場合、厚みのあるヨガマットや安定したクッションを使うと安心です。日常的に続けることで体も心も軽くなり、育児や仕事で忙しくても自分のケアができると感じています。ぜひ寝る前の1分、試してみてくださいね。
