Adding Lightning Lock tool ports

I'm continuing on replacing the tool ports on my tools with the Lightning Lock tool ports. Today it's my drum sander. Just like all of the other tools, this one was quick and easy to replace. Now I can connect my dust collection to the drum sander faster and easier.
