Literally love this simple chicken sandwich!

All I did was grill up a chicken breast and topped it with avocado, bacon, cheese, and of course I added some ranch and served it up on a bun 😊

First, let's talk about that grilled chicken breast. My secret to a juicy, tender breast every time is not to overcook it! A quick marinade (even just olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes) makes a huge difference. When grilling, I aim for those beautiful char marks, making sure it’s cooked through but still moist. Slicing it thinly against the grain before piling it on the bun also makes every bite super tender. You want that chicken to be the star, right? Next up, crispy bacon. This is non-negotiable for me! While pan-frying works, I often bake my bacon in the oven at 400°F (200°C) on a wire rack over a baking sheet. It cooks evenly, gets perfectly crispy, and clean-up is a breeze. If you're looking for a lighter option, turkey bacon can also work, just make sure to cook it until it's really crisp. Now, for those luscious avocado slices. Oh, the creamy goodness! Choosing a ripe avocado is key – it should yield slightly to gentle pressure. I like to fan out my avocado slices for a pretty presentation and even distribution of flavor.
