My go-to winter fruit smoothie isn't just about taste; it's about giving my body what it needs to fight off those inevitable winter sniffles. This recipe is incredibly simple, making it perfect for busy mornings when I need a quick yet healthy breakfast option. I just love how quickly I can throw everything into my trusty Nutribullet and have a delicious, vitamin-packed meal ready in minutes. To make this delightful winter breakfast smoothie, here’s my step-by-step approach: Gather Your Ingredients: You'll need one ripe banana (fresh or frozen for extra creaminess), about a cup of frozen strawberries and mango chunks (this mix is my favorite for a sweet-tart balance!), a small handful of pomegranate seeds for a burst of color and antioxidants, and about a cup of orange juice. The orange juice adds a fantastic citrusy zing and more vitamin C, which is a must for winter! Blend It Up: Combine all the ingredients in your blender. I usually start with the liquid (orange juice) at the bottom, then add the softer fruit (banana), followed by the frozen fruit and pomegranate seeds. This helps the blades catch everything properly.
