Rich Chinese Soba Colonel
I went to "Rich Chinese Soba Satou," a very popular restaurant that has been interviewed many times on TV.
Ramen with a rich garlic flavor using tamari soy sauce was thick and salty, but it was mellow and delicious.
It was a noodle that went well with a thick soup with garlic oil, but the soup was too thick and I could not drink anything personally.
I often think that restaurants that are picked up on TV and SNS tend to lose a lot and do not repeat when I go to eat, but I think Mr. Sato is an irresistible restaurant for those who like strong flavors.

私は濃厚中華そば佐とうの訪問で、濃い味好きの私にとってはとても満足できる体験でした。特にたまり醤油にニンニク油が効いたスープは、パンチがありつつまろやかさも感じられ、一度食べるとクセになる味です。 また、チャーシューや煮卵、ネギなどのトッピングもスープに負けない存在感があり、麺とのバランスも良かったです。写真で見た通り、店前には週末のランチ時に多くの行列ができるほどの人気。店内の立て看板やのぼりが目印になっており、アクセスもしやすいです。 ただ、私の場合はスープが濃すぎて何口も飲み続けるのは少し難しかったため、こちらの店ではスープを薄めて提供できるサービスがあるのは嬉しいポイント。次回はぜひ薄めて味わってみようと思います。濃い味好きの方はもちろん、ラーメンに深いコクとパンチを求めている方には特におすすめです。
