【 Chinese cabbage egg sauce bowl 】
Recipe (for 3-4 people)
[Materials]
・ Pork belly... 250g
・ Chinese cabbage: 1 / 4 (about 500g)
・ Carrot... 1 / 2
3 eggs
・ Sesame oil... 2 tsp
《 The base of bean paste 》
Water: 500 ml
・ Sake... tablespoon 2
・ 2 tablespoons of mirin
・ 2 spoon oyster sauce
2 spoon of soy sauce
・ 3 tablespoons of potato starch
· Ginger (tube available)... 1 teaspoon
[How to make]
① Cut the core of the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm pieces and cut the leaves into small pieces.
Cut carrots into thin strips and pork into bite-size pieces.
Mix the bean paste. Beat the egg.
② Put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat,
Spread the pork and fry (lightly browned).
③ Add the core of Chinese cabbage and mix lightly.
④ Add carrots and Chinese cabbage leaves and stir-fry.
⑤ When the core of the Chinese cabbage becomes soft, mix the bean paste well,
Draw a circle from the outside.
Continue mixing until clear.
⑥ Reduce the heat to medium low and pour the beaten egg.
Wait 30 seconds and mix 2-3 times.
⑦ Put rice in a bowl, put ⑥ on it and it's done! 🫶
