How to get A
For us, since we started studying law, we already had the goal of becoming a civil and commercial lawyer, so we were very focused on civil and commercial subjects.
Therefore especially focused on this subject
Another reason is that this is the easiest of all legal subjects (note: depending on the person), so we aim to get an A, otherwise the next year may not survive, so try to keep a lot of A.

Our way
1. Watch the clip in the course on demand. Master Schompoon teaches well.
2. Come to take the old exam backwards. Because it is the first subject, use the method to copy the answer according to the exam. Copy it straight away. We will know what kind of answer to write.
3. Select the script followed by many times, and then practice reciting it accurately. Remember that we remember the number of the section, remember almost every letter of the chapter (the last term does not do this)

ถ้าเพิ่งเริ่มเรียน LAW1101/LAW1102 แล้วงงว่า “กฎหมายเอกชน” ต้องอ่านยังไงให้จับทางได้ เราแนะนำให้วางแผนแบบเป็นขั้นตอน เพราะวิชานี้มักออกสอบให้วัดพื้นฐานการคิดแบบนิติ (นิยาม–องค์ประกอบ–ผลทางกฎหมาย) มากกว่าการท่องอย่างเดียว 1) ตั้งเป้าหมายและแบ่งเนื้อหาเป็นก้อน LAW1102 หลักกฎหมายเอกชน ราม โดยภาพรวมจะพาเราเข้าใจ “โครงสร้างกฎหมายแพ่ง” ว่าคิดยังไงเวลาวิเคราะห์กรณี เช่น บุคคล นิติกรรม สัญญา และผลของการกระทำทางกฎหมาย (ขอบเขตจริง ๆ ให้ยึดตามคำบรรยาย/เอกสารรายวิชาในเทอมนั้น) วิธีที่ช่วยมากคือแยกหัวข้อเป็น 4–6 ก้อน แล้วทำชีตสั้น ๆ ก้อนละ 1–2 หน้า เขียนคำสำคัญ + มาตราที่เกี่ยวข้อง + ตัวอย่างสถานการณ์ไว้ข้าง ๆ 2) อ่าน “ตัวบท” ให้เป็น ไม่ใช่แค่จำ หลายคนอยากหา กฎหมายเอกชน ราม pdf เพื่ออ่านเร็ว ๆ แต่สิ่งที่ทำให้คะแนนขึ้นจริงคืออ่านแล้วแปลความได้เอง แนะนำให้คัดตัวบทเฉพาะมาตราที่อาจารย์เน้น แล้วเขียน “ภาษาคน” กำกับใต้ตัวบทว่า หมายถึงอะไร ใช้เมื่อไหร่ และมีเงื่อนไขอะไรบ้าง พอเข้าห้องสอบจะนึกได้ว่ามาตรานี้เอาไปวางตรงไหนของคำตอบ 3) ฝึกทำข้อสอบเก่าแบบ “จับแพตเทิร์นคำตอบ” ข้อสอบ LAW1102 วิชามักมีคำถามแนวอธิบายหลัก + ประยุกต์กับข้อเท็จจริง (แล้วแต่เทอม) เราชอบทำแบบนี้: - รอบแรก: เปิดหนังสือ/เปิดชีตทำได้เลย เน้นรู้โครงสร้างคำตอบ - รอบสอง: ปิดหนังสือ แล้วเขียนเป็นข้อ ๆ (ประเด็น–กฎหมาย–วินิจฉัย–สรุป) - รอบสาม: จับเวลา ให้เหมือนวันสอบ ทริคคือ อย่าเขียนยาวแบบเล่าเรื่อง ให้เขียนเป็น “ประเด็น” ก่อน 1 บรรทัด แล้วค่อยตามด้วยหลักกฎหมายและเหตุผล 4) ใช้คลิป/สรุปให้เป็นประโยชน์ ถ้าดูคลิป course on demand ให้จดเฉพาะสิ่งที่อาจารย์พูดซ้ำ ๆ หรือย้ำว่า “ออกสอบบ่อย” แล้วทำเป็นลิสต์ท้ายสมุดไว้ทวนคืนก่อนสอบ จะช่วยมากกว่าจดทุกคำ 5) เชื่อมกับ LAW1101 เพื่อไม่หลุดกรอบ LAW1101 มักเป็นพื้นฐานการเข้าใจระบบกฎหมายและการอ่านโจทย์แบบนิติ ส่วน LAW1102 เป็นการเอาหลักไปใช้จริง เวลาอ่านให้ฝึกตั้งคำถามว่า “โจทย์อยากให้เราใช้หลักอะไร” และ “องค์ประกอบครบไหม” วิธีนี้ช่วยให้ตอบตรงและไม่ออกนอกเรื่อง สุดท้าย ก่อนสอบ 3–5 วัน เราจะทวนจากชีตก้อนสั้น ๆ + ทำข้อสอบเก่าอีกชุดสองชุด พยายามเขียนให้มีหัวข้อชัดและลงมาตราที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่าที่จำได้ แค่นี้คะแนนจะนิ่งขึ้นมาก และมีลุ้น A ได้จริงค่ะ
