Prepare to wave goodbye to the same old difficulties when global technology is about to be shrunk into Thai hands! Most recently, on March 30, 2026, the rank of Shannon Wongdai, an MP on the roster of the Thai Party, shared the vision on the international stage. "AI Skills Jam" is preparing to push Thailand to become an AI-driven country, applying the genius of Generative AI like ChatGPT to respond to disasters in a deep way.

The key issue that was discussed was that "technology needs to be easy to access," because AI can only be of the utmost benefit if locals and local workers are practical through ordinary smartphones. The goal is to create an accurate alarm and information system to provide Thais of all walks of life with the help to plan their lives and cope with risks in advance, no matter how remote they are in the area.

There is also a reinforcement of the concept of "technological sovereignty." It is time for Thailand to move beyond just being a buyer and a developer, because no one understands our agricultural, health and terrain insights as well as the Thais. To draw in the first phase of the world experts will be a fine springboard that helps Thailand develop its AI system faster.

The conclusion of this goal through the "AI for All" project is to turn lab research into a tool for abdominal problems, enhance the quality of life, and break down the wall to give everyone equal access to government services, turning distant technology into a near-dependable one.

การนำ AI เข้ามาช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวัน เป็นสิ่งที่หลายประเทศทั่วโลกกำลังให้ความสำคัญ และเมื่อได้เห็นโครงการ AI for All ของพรรคเพื่อไทย ผมรู้สึกว่านี่คือก้าวสำคัญที่จะทำให้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงอย่าง Generative AI เช่น ChatGPT ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือสำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเท่านั้น แต่กลายเป็นผู้ช่วยคนสำคัญที่อยู่ในมือของคนไทยทุกคนจริงๆ อย่างผมเองที่ทำงานในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด รู้สึกได้เลยว่าการที่สามารถรับข้อมูลเตือนภัยหรือแนวทางแก้ปัญหาผ่านสมาร์ทโฟนง่ายๆ จะช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและการวางแผนชีวิตได้อย่างมาก เช่น ในช่วงฤดูฝนที่มักเกิดอุทกภัย หลายครั้งข้อมูลหรือคำแนะนำไม่ชัดเจนหรือเข้าถึงยาก แต่หากมีระบบ AI ที่สามารถให้ข้อมูลแม่นยำและเข้าใจง่ายก็ช่วยให้ชาวบ้านเตรียมตัวได้ทันเวลา นอกจากนี้ความคิดเรื่อง "อธิปไตยทางเทคโนโลยี" ก็เป็นจุดเด่นที่ผมเห็นว่ามีความสำคัญมาก เพราะไม่มีใครสามารถเข้าใจบริบททางสภาพภูมิศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมบ้านเราได้ดีเท่าคนไทยเอง การพัฒนาระบบ AI ที่เหมาะสมกับไทยโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญไทยจะช่วยให้เรามีเครื่องมือที่ตรงใจและตอบโจทย์ปัญหาที่แท้จริง การนำ AI จากห้องแล็บที่ไกลตัว มาสู่มือถือที่คนใช้ทั่วไปเข้าถึงได้คือสิ่งที่ทำให้เทคโนโลยีกลับมาเป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่คนทุกสายอาชีพสามารถพึ่งพาได้จริง โดยเฉพาะในงานเกษตร การดูแลสุขภาพ และการจัดการภัยพิบัติ ที่เป็นปัญหาสำคัญของสังคมไทย ผมคิดว่า ถ้าโครงการ AI for All สำเร็จ มันจะไม่เพียงแต่สร้างประโยชน์ทางเทคโนโลยี แต่ยังช่วยเสริมสร้างความเท่าเทียมในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการของรัฐให้ทุกคนอย่างแท้จริง เป็นก้าวแรกที่ลงตัวของประเทศไทยสู่ยุคดิจิทัลที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
