Wild day… but I did it… I have a new personal best on my activity time and it was even a work day.

I got home tonight at 9:30. My buddy was happy to see me too.

I kicked ass today I can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow. Hopefully I will see some on the scale. I’m 2 pounds away from the next 10… hopefully I will make it.

Hope y’all had a great day. I know I did. 😊 now to get my shower and then relax for awhile.
