First you’ll need a 3 prong crimper or waver tool. I have the Bondi boost 32mm Wave wand from Ulta ($69 regular retail) you can also check Amazon or Target or even TJ Maxx for a cheaper option to try it out! 🌀
1. I section my hair first into 2 sides. I secure one side with a hair tie to deal with later and leave the other side down. With the side that’s down. I leave a third of it down and clip up the other 2/3 of hair. 🎀
2. Pull smaller 1” sections of hair at a time and start at the top crimping all the way down. Make sure to line up your next crimp with the previous section for seamless waves 🌊
3. After working my way through my hair I move on to each small section then repeat on the other side. 🔁
4. Upon completion I always spray my roots with some dry shampoo for added volume and if I think my hair needs a little extra love, I’ll put a few drops of hair oil on my hands and run that through the ends 🧴
5. Finally! With this style I love to clip it half up but there are so many options ☺️
