Branding “Coffee Check In” 💜

After living with Lupus for 9 years now, (and T1D for over 20) I’ve come to realize that I naturally put my needs below others. I want to change this by slowly adding a habit at the beginning of the day to make sure I check in with myself- what do I need physically? Emotionally? What can I do today to make that happen? Is it a walk? Spending 15 minutes outdoors? Maybe a journal entry? Or a quick sketch? Ensuring that I am prioritizing myself and my health will benefit EVERYONE involved.
