This weeks Aldi finds

Wow, what a trip to Aldi this week! You know how it goes – you walk in with a mental list of one or two things, and before you know it, your cart is overflowing with treasures you didn't even know you needed. That’s exactly what happened to me, and I’m so excited to share my latest finds, especially the ones that were the real reason for my visit! First up, the absolute star of my haul: the Emporium Selection Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries. Oh my goodness, if you haven't tried these yet, you are missing out! I’ve been seeing them pop up all over social media, and I absolutely had to get my hands on them. They were surprisingly easy to find in the refrigerated section, nestled amongst other specialty cheeses. I cooked mine in the air fryer until they were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, and delightfully soft and squeaky on the inside. The salty, savory flavor of the halloumi is just perfect, and they make an incredible snack or side dish. I dipped mine in a little bit of marinara sauce, and it was heavenly. They truly live up to the hype, and I can honestly say they were well worth the trip alone! But of course, one cannot simply walk out of Aldi with just one item, right? My eyes wandered, as they always do, and I spotted more from the Emporium Selection. I grabbed some Bread Cheese – they had Original, Garlic, and Bacon flavors. I picked up the Bacon one to try first. If you’re not familiar, bread cheese is a Finnish-inspired cheese that you can heat up. It gets this amazing toasted crust while staying soft and delicious inside. I'm thinking it'll be perfect sliced and pan-fried for a quick snack, or even crumbled over a salad. It’s such a unique find! Then there were the drinks! I'm a huge coffee fan, so when I saw the Barissimo Barista Cold Foam in both Caramel Macchiato and Sweet Vanilla, I knew I had to try them. I can 10/10 recommend the Caramel Macchiato cold foam; it transformed my regular iced coffee into a café-quality drink. It’s so convenient to have at home! And for something a little different, I couldn't resist grabbing the Nature's Nectar Guava Mango naturally flavored juice. It looked so refreshing, and sometimes you just need a little tropical pick-me-up, right? Seriously, why not? And let's not forget the sweet treats! The Specially Selected Indulgent Greek yogurt caught my eye. They had Strawberry & Cream, Salted Caramel, and Cookies & Cream. Naturally, the Cookies & Cream called my name! These yogurts are so rich and creamy, they feel more like a dessert than a breakfast item. It’s a fantastic way to treat yourself without completely overdoing it. Aldi really has a way of surprising you with high-quality products at incredible prices. It's not just about the weekly finds; it's about discovering new favorites that make everyday meals and snacks a little more exciting. From the fresh produce I picked up (yes, I got some gorgeous grapes and fresh eggs too!) to these specialty items, I always feel like I'm getting great value. The thrill of finding these unique items is part of the fun of grocery shopping, and Aldi consistently delivers.
