During pregnancy, especially around the 25-week mark, sleep quality can already be affected due to physical discomfort and hormonal changes. Adding a baby's sleep regression to the mix increases night awakenings and fatigue. I found that establishing a calming bedtime routine helped soothe my baby. This included gentle rocking, soft lullabies, and ensuring a cool, dark sleeping environment. Teething discomfort is often unpredictable, but some remedies like using a chilled teething ring or gentle gum massage can ease the pain. I also made sure to stay hydrated and take short naps when possible to compensate for the disrupted nighttime sleep. Overall, while I didn’t get as much sleep as I wanted, it wasn’t because of the baby’s behavior but rather the natural demands of pregnancy combined with teething challenges. Many parents find that patience and creating a consistent sleep routine for their little one can make a significant difference. Sharing these experiences helps others feel less isolated during this demanding yet rewarding phase of life.
