🛌 Healing Isn’t Linear — But Rest Helps.

The last few weeks have been a ride — physically, emotionally, mentally. I had an episode that knocked me down hard, but I’m slowly finding my rhythm again… and it starts with sleep. 💤💙

📲 Been tracking my sleep with Sleep++ and whew…

Some days I slept 16 hours straight. Other days, I barely made it 5. That’s what recovery looks like sometimes.

💡This ain’t laziness — it’s healing.

It’s my body saying, “We’re not done yet.”

It’s me choosing rest over guilt.

✨ Whether it’s 2 hours or 12, I’m giving myself grace through the process.

Because surviving an episode is hard enough — being kind to myself should be the easy part.
