Skincare routine
Skincare has been important to me in the past, but it has been increasingly so the last 3 years. I started thinking you only have this one skin. When I first began I felt it was so much work to do all these steps. I now have a shorter routine during the week and on Sunday I do a longer process. These are the products that I used this Sunday.
1.) Native Citrus & Bergamot Brightening Facial Cleanser. I have been using this one for a while now and I really love it. I have sensitive skin and have not had any issues with it. The best part is that it is made up of natural ingredients and smells so good.
2.) Bubble Deep Dive Exfoliating Mask. This mask sits for 10-15 minutes and leaves my skin feeling so fresh. Make sure to rinse well though or the next steps can have some grit left over and it will be a little more harsh when you rub in your final steps.
3.) Equate beauty witch hazel. This is not a high end item however it works well for me. I am doing skin care on a budget.
4.) Superfood for Skin Mangosteen face mask. I tend to mix up face masks a lot but this brand has become a favorite of mine. Benefits of mangosteen include: protecting your skin from environmental damage, reducing appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and anti-inflammatory.
5.) CeraVe Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I just tried this serum this week so I am not yet an expert. I did enjoy it more than what I have used in the past. I believe it hydrated me more. The texture is more like a lotion than a traditional serum.
6.) Native Bergamot & Citrus Brightening Facial Moisturizer. I enjoy the scent and natural ingredients. The texture is also like a lotion. My favorite is that it contains SPF.
