Sheet pan chicken teriyaki
I absolutely love Chinese food. Some nights, I simply do not feel like going out to eat, though. So, I came up with a way to have the best of both worlds. This meal is so easy to make!
You'll need:
🔵 2 chicken breasts
🔵 1 Frozen bag of stir fry vegetables of your liking
🔵 1/2 cup of Kikkoman Teryiaki baste and glaze
🔵 Rice or noodles for serving
1.) Preheat the oven to 400°
2.) Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.
3.) Cut chicken breast into cubes or strips. I did cubes this time.
4.) In a bowl or on the baking sheet, toss chicken and vegetables in your teriyaki sauce. Arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
5.) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft.
6.) Cook your rice as directed.
7.) Plate and serve. I usually top mine with yum yum sauce.

If you're looking for ways to enhance your chicken teriyaki experience, consider adding some black sesame seeds as a garnish for an extra crunch and flavor. You might also explore different kinds of stir-fry vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas to make the dish more colorful and nutritious. Feel free to marinate your chicken in teriyaki sauce for a few hours to deepen the flavor—this step can take your dish to the next level! For those who love to explore flavors, incorporating ginger and garlic can also add great taste. Remember, you can experiment with your favorite noodles or rice options, such as brown rice or quinoa, to match your dietary preferences. Finally, this dish makes excellent leftovers, as the flavors continue to meld and develop even after it has cooled. Enjoy your cooking adventure and bring the taste of Asian cuisine right to your table!
