Bacon, egg, cheese croissant

This is a super easy meal prep. My husband really loves the Jimmy Dean breakfast Croissants, so this is one of his favorite breakfasts. It is so much tastier made at home.

You'll need:

● Bakery fresh croissants

● 1 lb bacon

● 8 large eggs

● your favorite sliced cheese, I used American

1.) Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay bacon in a single layer.

2.) Season bacon as you desire. I used black pepper, Dan-Os Chipotle, and brown sugar. I did not measure just sprinkled to my hearts desire.

3.) Bake bacon for 10-20 minutes based on your desired crispness.

4.) Scramble eggs and season to your liking. I used black pepper and adobo.

5.) Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Spray with cooking oil. Cook eggs until they are to your liking. It took me approximately 10 minutes.

6.) While eggs and bacon cook slice croissants and place cheese down.

7.) Once cooled, divide eggs, and layer on top of cheese on your croissants. Layer 3 pieces of bacon, or more if desired onto the croissants. I found it best to break the bacon strips in half and lattice.

8.) Eat right away or store in refrigerator. These also freeze really well if you make a large batch. This made 4 croissants for me.

If you try these and love em let me know in the comments.
