Easy Southwest Chicken Alfredo
I love that this was a super easy to cook meal. It was so delicious! This made enough for about 5 servings. I do like to make my own Alfredo but this time I did a quick version and bought it in the store in a jar. This is great for families on a busy night. I also had some garlic bread on the side with this.
You'll need:
• Pasta noodles of your choice
• Alfredo sauce of your choice
• Perdue Southwestern Style chicken short cuts
1.) Boil your pasta to your desired tenderness
2.) Cook chicken in a skillet for the last 6 minutes of cook time on the noodles.
3.) Drain pasta.
4.) Mix pasta, Alfredo sauce, and chicken in one pot and stir until it is incorporated. Top to your desire and serve. I put parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes on mine.
