BEST Delicious Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe ✨🥬

I found this spinach smoothie recipe and I am so excited to share it ! As someone who really doesn’t like vegetables or eating healthy it is so hard to find ways to eat well. But after having gestational diabetes during my pregnancy I am at much higher risk for type 2 diabetes so I need to take my health seriously. Plus I’m breastfeeding so I need more nutrients for my sweet baby!! Here is the recipe I found and love!!

The best green smoothie recipe:

-2 cups of spinach

Benefits: tons of nutrients, good for your eyes, helps with weight loss, supports gut health

-1 cup green grapes

Benefits: high in antioxidants (prevents cancer), can improve memory and attention, supports bone health

-1/2 cup of frozen mangos

Benefits: supports immune system, good for your skin, help your blood pressure

-1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

Benefits: good for teeth, prevent hypertension, natural energy

-1/2 a banana

Benefits: good for heart health, reduces bloating, improve digestion

-1/2 cup of water

Benefits: flushes out toxins, clears up your skin, cognitive clarity

-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

easy way to add protein, can lower blood pressure, gives you energy
