จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ศึกษาและปฏิบัติตามแนวทางบารมี 30 ทัศ พบว่าการแบ่งบารมีออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ บารมี (ระดับต้น), อุปบารมี (ระดับกลาง), และปรมัตถบารมี (ระดับสูงสุด) ช่วยให้การเข้าใจและฝึกฝนเป็นไปอย่างเป็นระบบมากขึ้น ระดับต้นอย่างทานบารมี เช่น การให้ทานอย่างใจกว้างไม่หวังผลตอบแทน เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการปลูกฝังความเสียสละและเมตตาต่อผู้อื่น นอกจากนี้การรักษาศีลบารมียังช่วยสร้างวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ต่อชีวิตและสังคม การเริ่มจากสิ่งเล็กๆ เหล่านี้ทำให้เราเริ่มเห็นคุณค่าของการไม่ยึดติดกับวัตถุหรือความสุขส่วนตัว เมื่อก้าวเข้าสู่อุปบารมี จะพบกับการเสียสละที่ลึกซึ้งขึ้น เช่น การเสียสละเวลาหรือความสุขส่วนตัวเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความสมานฉันท์และการทำงานร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างแท้จริง การอดทนต่อคำด่าและการดูถูกในขันติบารมีก็แสดงถึงความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจที่ทุกคนสามารถพัฒนาได้ ในระดับปรมัตถบารมีนั้น การสละทุกสิ่งแม้กระทั่งชีวิตเพื่อรักษาธรรม ถือเป็นจุดสูงสุดของความดีที่พระโพธิสัตว์ได้ปฏิบัติไว้ตามตำนานต่างๆ เช่น พระเวสสันดรและเจ้าชายสิทธัตถะ เน้นย้ำถึงความไม่ยึดมั่นถือมั่นและความเมตตาอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข การนำบารมี 30 ทัศมาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น การตั้งใจรักษาศีลอย่างจริงจัง และการสุขุมอดทนต่ออุปสรรค ทำให้เราสามารถก้าวหน้าในทางธรรมได้อย่างมั่นคง เรายังสามารถฝึกเมตตาบารมีด้วยการมองเห็นผู้อื่นในแง่ดี แม้ในผู้ที่เราอาจจะไม่ชอบหรือมีความขัดแย้งด้วยก็ตาม สุดท้าย ความสำคัญของการวางใจเป็นกลางในอุเบกขาบารมี ช่วยให้จิตใจเราสงบและไม่หวั่นไหวต่อความสุขหรือความทุกข์ นำไปสู่ความเป็นอิสระในจิตและความสุขที่แท้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน การบำเพ็ญบารมี 30 ทัศจึงไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการทำความดีทั่วไป แต่เป็นการฝึกจิตใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างครบถ้วนในแต่ละด้านของชีวิต
