In my personal experience, finding a unique way to connect with Jesus has been deeply transformative. Others find that being active—like taking a walk, a jog, or even driving while listening to worship music—opens their heart to feeling God’s presence. When I set aside time each day to simply be still and acknowledge Jesus’ love, it brings a calmness that carries me through stressful or uncertain times. It’s in this peace that I feel safe to speak openly, knowing that He listens without judgment.
