I actually took it to my eldest son's forest school.
Toothpaste set using a drink bottle!
There is a "toothpaste set" in the belongings,
What you buy at the drugstore.
It was a set for smaller children with DAISO.
The ones sold at drugstores were in small pouches because I couldn't find a cup set.
Toothbrushing time at the forest school,
Because I don't know if the cup is in an environment where it can be used
I thought it would be nice to have a glass.
But with a cup, I can only find something that looks like a small child 💦

「歯磨きセット ダイソー」で探している人に向けて、私が実際に“ボトルをコップ代わりにするセット”を作るときに意識したポイントをまとめます。小5の林間学校みたいに「歯磨きタイムの環境が読めない」場面だと、地味に差が出ました。 まず、ダイソーのドリンクボトル（230mlくらい）は、コップとして使う前提で“口が広め”のものが扱いやすいです。口が狭いと、うがいのときに水が飲み口から勢いよく出てしまってこぼれやすいので注意。透明タイプだと中身が見えて、忘れ物チェックもしやすいです。 次に、折りたたみ式歯ブラシは「ケースがいらない」のが最大のメリット。ブラシ部分がむき出しになりにくく、荷物の中で衛生面が保ちやすいです。ただ、折りたたみの継ぎ目は乾きにくいこともあるので、使った後は軽く水気を切って、帰宅後にしっかり洗って乾燥させるのがおすすめです。 歯磨き粉は、家のミニサイズ（旅行でもらうタイプ）があるならそれが一番ラク。なければ、普段の歯磨き粉を小さい容器に詰め替えてもOKですが、キャップが緩んで漏れることがあるので、私は念のため小袋（チャック付き袋）に入れて二重にしています。 持っていくと便利だったのは「ミニタオル or ティッシュ」。洗面所が混んでいたり、置く場所が濡れていたりすると、ボトルを拭けるものがあるだけでストレスが減ります。あと、名前シールはボトルの側面だけじゃなく、フタにも貼ると迷子になりにくいです。 このセットは「1つで2倍便利」なのが本当に良くて、普段はドリンクボトル、イベント時は歯磨きセットとして使えるので、買って終わりになりにくいのも助かりました。
