Three tips to make your recovery day feel easier: 1️⃣ Schedule it! Just like a regular workout
2️⃣ Prioritize it. Scheduling doesn’t always guarantee that it will happen… you actually need to prioritize it, show up and do it!
3️⃣ Don’t let it be an afterthought. Don’t leave it to “maybe or chance” because something else WILL take over!
So grateful for this self-imposed Run Streak challenge of running and creating everyday otherwise I’m not sure I would have done a run today!
