Most of the work that goes into building a business never gets seen.
It's the systems. The rewrites. The ideas that don't make it. The late nights organizing workflows. The uncomfortable decision to keep creating before you have proof that any of it will work.
I’m really into the word ‘audacity’ and the energy behind it. Sure, there is a way to apply it that is very ‘unserious,’ and I love that. But right now it means having the courage to take your own vision seriously before anyone else does.
That's exactly why I created The Audacity Report, ****a place to document what it actually looks like to build @milesmusclesmagic, one project, one lesson, and one piece of content at a time.
This is from Vol.41, Episode 03, where I don’t share exact numbers but, more importantly, the mindset that is required to get to where I’m going. 🎥The full episode is live now!

One thing I've really learned through building @milesmusclesmagic and sharing my journey in The Audacity Report is that the process of creating and growing a business involves so much more than what appears on the surface. There are countless moments filled with doubt, long hours of organizing workflows, and tough decisions that don’t immediately yield visible results. It’s easy to underestimate how important it is to have audacity—the courage to believe deeply in your vision even when no one else does yet. Throughout my journey, I realized that audacity isn’t just about being bold or taking big risks. It’s about consistent dedication to your systems and processes, refining your ideas, and being willing to rewrite and reorganize until things align. Sometimes, that means pushing through feelings like "this is too much work" or "this is taking too long," which I’ve faced many times. Importantly, staying away from unhealthy comparisons kept me focused on my own path and momentum. Sharing this perspective through episodes like Vol.41, Issue 03, has been a way to be accountable and transparent with myself and others. Although I don’t disclose exact metrics, emphasizing the mindset lets others in small business and creative fields see that progress isn’t always measurable by numbers alone. It’s about the mindset shifts, the daily audacity to keep moving forward, and embracing scary dreams. My advice to anyone building something—whether it’s a fitness coaching brand or any creative project—is to document your process rather than just creating for creation’s sake. Documenting your lessons and projects can provide motivation and clarity, helping you recognize your own growth even during tough phases. And remember, the systems you build today lay the foundation for future success, even if that work feels invisible now. In short, embracing audacity means taking your vision seriously, showing up consistently, and having the patience to build momentum at your own pace. That energy drives meaningful progress, turning ideas into reality and inspiring others along the way.
