These exercises target muscle groups in your legs and glutes, helping to build strength and improve overall fitness. Remember to maintain proper form during each exercise to prevent injury. After completing your workout, it's vital to allow your body to recover. Finish with cooldown stretches that focus on your lower body, which can be enhanced under the calming light of a full moon.
