1. Bedroom Pump. I use the spectra S2, and I keep it in my bedroom. I use it for my first, last, and middle of the night pump. I love the suction on this pump and how fast the stimulation mode is on it, haven’t found better. 2. Drink with coconut water. (Or just coconut water) My go to is body

This is my new beat pump. Unlike the S1 which is mobile (has a battery pack), this one MUST be plugged in to use. I have a portable hands free Mandela Swing Maxi already and am always home (I have a 5 week old)… So I did not see the point in getting the S1 which is a bit more expensive. #spectra
