Unlike plain water, rosewater’s balanced pH helps soothe sensitive skin and reduce irritation—a perfect, gentle choice for daily cleansing. Another amazing find was the use of basil seeds, known to boost estrogen levels. I started including a basil seed drink in my morning routine, inspired by stories of others noticing firmer body contours within weeks. The natural phytoestrogens in basil seeds seem to support hormonal balance, which is crucial for skin elasticity and overall beauty. To target acne scars, I applied a pure honey mask overnight, waking up to noticeably smoother and hydrated skin. Honey has natural antibacterial and healing properties, making it a superb remedy for skin regeneration. For hair care, I adopted the tradition of using pistachio mixes which helped strengthen my hair and reduce breakage. Consistent use left my hair looking healthier and feeling stronger.
