The whole batch has 1100Mg of sodium 16g of sugar. Took about 5 -10 to make the brine. You want to add water and all pictures ingredients. Bring it to a boil. Then turn the heat off. I added garlic and onions to my brine as well. For a flavor profile that I like. You can reuse the pic
