Rest Day Itinerary
Everyone’s rest day is different but do important to give your body a break. My workout split is 5 days, with day 5 being the rest day. I’m not typically to “lazy” on my rest days.
Steps
• Although I don’t weight train, I do try to get my steps in, in a fun way. I go outside, treadmill, or do laps around stores (haha)
Water intake
• My daily water goal is 64 oz! I try to get electrolyte packets in every day, but definitely on my rest day to replenish my body! Order a cute water bottle, and get drinking!
Stretching and Mobility
• If you don’t have full mobility, your restriction your body’s ability to move through its full range of motion. Spend a half stretching your upper and lower body as well as some active mobility
