Attending the Fashion On The Line Runway Show in Downtown Little Rock was a truly inspiring experience. The event, held at StudioMAIN @BEYOND THE DIVIDE, beautifully highlighted the creativity and diversity of the local fashion scene. As a plus-size model walking for Krimsyn’s Treats & Cookies, I got to witness firsthand the energy and passion that each participant brought to the runway. What stood out to me was not just the fashion but the powerful message behind the event — a celebration of Black-owned businesses and the revival of a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit. For decades, many Black enterprises thrived in different industries, from restaurants and meat markets to jewelers and more. The show felt like a signal of more than just a revival; it was a connection to a legacy of opportunity and resilience. Krimsyn’s Treats & Cookies added a delectable element to the event, and their commitment to quality made the experience even sweeter. It’s inspiring to support local Black-owned businesses that bring both creativity and community spirit to their craft. If you’re ever in Little Rock, I highly recommend checking out events like this and supporting the local entrepreneurs who are shaping the cultural and economic landscape. Fashion shows like Fashion On The Line are more than just runway events—they're platforms fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and celebration of diversity in beauty and business alike.
