จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเข้าใจเรื่องกงกรรมและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุญ-บาปที่เป็นเหมือนเงาตามตัว ทำให้ผมตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเลือกกระทำที่ส่งผลดีในชีวิตจริงๆ เวลาที่เราละเลยความชั่วเล็กๆ น้อยๆ หรือคิดว่า 'ชั่วแบบนี้คงไม่มีผลอะไรหรอก' จริงๆ แล้วมันก็เหมือนหยดน้ำใส่หม้อ ถ้าไม่ระวังสะสมไปเรื่อยๆ ก็เต็มหม้อเหมือนกัน ซึ่งในชีวิตประจำวัน ผมพบว่าคนรอบข้างที่พูดหรือทำสิ่งไม่ดีสักนิด กลายเป็นนิสัยที่ทำให้ชีวิตมีปัญหาตามมา เช่น ความสัมพันธ์แย่ลง หรือความเครียดสะสม ในทางกลับกัน การทำความดีอย่างสม่ำเสมอแม้เป็นเรื่องเล็กๆ ก็เหมือนการเติมน้ำสะอาดลงในหม้อ จะช่วยให้ใจเราชุ่มชื้นและสุขสบายมากขึ้น การมีจิตใจคิดบวกมองโลกในแง่ดี ทำให้ชีวิตดูง่ายและมีความสุขมากขึ้นตามมา คำสอนเรื่อง 'พรหมลิขิตไม่มี..มีแต่คุณลิขิต' เป็นแรงบันดาลใจที่ดีในการตระหนักว่า คนเราไม่ใช่แค่รอชะตาชีวิต แต่เราสามารถกำหนดเองด้วยการกระทำและเจตนาดีๆ ได้ ความเชื่อนี้จึงช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผมพยายามกำจัดความคิดเชิงลบ หรือเลิกนิสัยที่ไม่ดี และสร้างพฤติกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความดีเพื่อชีวิตที่มีความหมายมากขึ้น การไตร่ตรองและทดลองใช้หลักคำสอนนี้ในชีวิตจริงทำให้ผมเข้าใจว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเองเริ่มจากใจ ยิ่งถ้าเรารักดีและรีบทำความดีอย่างไม่ลังเล จะช่วยให้ใจไม่ว่างสำหรับความคิดร้าย และจะเห็นผลของความดีที่สะสมในรูปแบบความสุขและความสงบในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างแท้จริง
