Idk if my core was just weak today or this workout was really like that...either way it was on fire 😆 🤣 I use 5 and 10 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 2 sets of 15 (with the 5 pound dumbbell) and 2 sets of 10 (10 pound dumbbell) This was a quick workout as well for my busy peeps!
