... Read moreHaving gone through the trauma of bleaching my hair too many times, I completely understand the frustration of dry, brittle locks. One trick that really helped me was switching to professional deep conditioning treatments combined with a rich, warm hair color to mask damage and add shine. Additionally, I started using sulfate-free shampoos and hair oils to lock in moisture. Regular trims to remove split ends also made a noticeable difference in keeping my hair looking healthy. If you’re considering a color change after bleach damage, opting for warm brown tones not only revitalizes your hair's appearance but also helps strengthen it by sealing hair cuticles. Remember, patience and consistent care are key to bringing your hair back to life. Don’t hesitate to seek expert advice for customized hair rescue plans that fit your hair type and damage level.

Do I regret hustling throughout my poly years?
Choosing to work part time jobs over my free time? “Want to hang out on the weekends?” Im the girl who would always turn down meetups and work instead. Since Olevels ended, I occupied myself with f&b jobs and slowly got addicted to the “grind”. I loved the feeling of the rush and busyness.
